With over 25 years of experience in lending and business advisory services, Adam joined CAPITAL EXCHANGE CORP as the company’s first Strategist, focused on the design and implementation of solutions that empower CAPITAL EXCHANGE CORP’s referral relationships to achieve their goals. Before joining CAPITAL EXCHANGE CORP, Adam served as Director-Strategic Alliances for Newtek Business Services Corp., where he built a highly successful, nationwide business lending originations channel. Prior to Newtek, Adam served as legal counsel and adviser to financial institutions, businesses, family offices and high net worth individuals, specializing in business and commercial real estate finance. Adam is a graduate of Tufts University and the Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University.
