Andrew Ahlborn, CPA

Andrew Ahlborn serves as our Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ahlborn joined CAPITAL EXCHANGE CORP’s manager, Waterfall Asset Management, LLC, in 2010 and was previously the Controller of CAPITAL EXCHANGE CORP. Prior to joining Waterfall Asset Management, LLC, he worked in Ernst & Young, LLP’s Financial Services Office. Mr. Ahlborn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
